Astro Bot Returns to PS5 in September
Sony's beloved robot companion is back for a new adventure
ASTRO Bot, the adorable robot companion from the PlayStation VR game Astro Bot Rescue Mission, is coming to PS5 on September 6th.
The announcement was made during Sony's State of Play presentation, where Team Asobi, the game's developer, showed off a brief teaser trailer. The trailer shows Astro Bot exploring a new world, filled with lush environments and challenging puzzles.
ASTRO Bot first appeared in 2018's Astro Bot Rescue Mission, which was praised for its innovative use of VR technology. The game saw Astro Bot using his unique abilities to navigate a variety of levels, solving puzzles and rescuing kidnapped bots.
The new Astro Bot game is being developed by Team Asobi, the same team that created Astro Bot Rescue Mission. The game is still in development, so no details about its gameplay or story have been revealed yet.
